What rare breed sheep?

My family have been rearing poultry for over 40 years and we have our own rare breed chickens and ducks in the garden. We are also Turkey farmers and rear days old from July each year, and need to keep the grass down in the field in readiness for them as they are all organic free range – around 1/2 acre. To add to our own little brood we would like a few rare breed sheep but not sure on which for friendliness and easy management in relatively small area? Any suggestions please? A general view is that lowland sheep are generally easier to handle than hill sheep. We have hill sheep and they are a tad flighty. What about (if you can) offering to take in / buy some lambs that require hand rearing (females or castrated males) and no matter what breed they generally remain super friendly.
